My name is Dante Williams, and I am proud to call Maryland home. I enjoy the Mid-Atlantic seasons, great seafood, and an active lifestyle that includes walking, fishing, playing basketball, working outdoors, and regular exercise. I am also a lifelong sports enthusiast. Football has played a significant role in my life—I competed at Bowie High School and later at West Virginia Wesleyan College—and today I remain a dedicated fan of the Michigan Wolverines and the Miami Dolphins.
I bring more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field, with a deep concentration in nonprofit organizations. Over the course of my career, I have worked both within nonprofit entities and alongside firms that specialize in nonprofit accounting. I was fortunate to learn from exceptional leaders, including an early mentor who challenged me with the words, “I want you to take my job one day.” That mindset shaped my commitment to professional growth, leadership, and mentorship. The most rewarding aspect of my career has been watching the individuals I’ve trained and supported grow into confident, successful professionals.
That passion for developing others ultimately led me to franchise and Career Ownership Coaching™. Drawing on my professional experience and leadership background, I now help individuals clarify their “why,” explore franchise ownership with confidence, and navigate career transitions with clarity and purpose. My mission is to empower people to understand their options, overcome common myths and fears surrounding franchising, and intentionally design a future aligned with their goals and values.
